UL Chainrings are the lightest 1x XC/Gravel chainrings on the market. Using the SL Chainring as the platform, we tweaked the arm design and strategically machined the chainring so that only minimal sacrifice was made in impact strength for large gains in weight reduction. - Direct Mount chainring for XCX, TRS, and LG1 cranks - Updated M3 narrow-wide tooth profile eliminates chain noise, and decreases overall system wear while retaining chain - 10/11/12 speed. The direct mount chainrings for SRAM cranksets with the 3-bolt mounting interface. They replace your existing spider and chainring with one clean looking, lightweight, and stiff piece of machined billet. They are available in the Drop-Stop B tooth profile, which is optimized for SRAM Flattop chain. It is also compatible with all other 9-, 10-, 11-, and 12-speed chains except the Shimano 12-speed chain. Compatibility: - These direct mount chainrings will replace your existing chainring and spider or replace the direct mount ring on SRAM cranksets including the DUB cranks. Surly's Stainless Steel Chainrings last longer than their aluminum brethern because the 304 grade metal they use is 35% stronger.
